The day of my sobriety was the day I was born.

As a person living with F.A.S (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome), my passion is to educate people on the dangers of drinking alcohol while pregnant.  I had travelled throughout the US and Canada as a guest speaker at various medical conferences and FASD awareness events.

I'm proud to have launched several awareness and fundraising initiatives in my hometown of Victoria B.C., Canada.

I hope that by reading my story you will be a little inspired by me and my journey, and become more aware about what life is like for people living with FAS/FASD.

I will try my best at everything that I do. I will never give up. I will forever be the voice for those fetuses and babies that don’t have a voice yet.
